Make an Appointment
Before you make an appointment with me, make sure you’ve read and understood my cancellation policy I have things set up so that you can schedule your own appointments with me online. This has the benefit that:
- You don’t need to wait and trying to get in contact with me when you want to make an appointment (or cancel or reschedule)
- If someone cancels an appointment, the spot appears free right away
- You can set up reminders to be emailed to you the day before your appointment, if you’re the forgetful type
I’ve been doing my scheduling online for the past two years and the response has been overwhelmingly positive. If you have any problems, you can email me (jeff@londonmathtutor.com). Also, before you confirm an appointment, double check that you’ve chosen the right time and date.
Is this your first time making an appointment? (It’s not hard, I promise) First, you’ll need to set up an account
- Go here and click “New to my site? Please Register!”
- Enter your email, password, name and the math course that you’re enrolled in
- Check your email for a confirmation link (it should arrive within 10 minutes)
If you already have an account… To book an appointment
- Go here and login
- Choose the number of people attending (i.e. whether you’re coming alone or bringing some friends) and the duration of the tutoring session
- On the next screen, select a date and time for our tutoring session
- On the next page, confirm the details by clicking “Request Appointment”
- If you want to book other appointment with me, click “Another Appointment.” If you’d like to finalize the booking, click “Pay at Appointment” and you’ll need to click “I will pay by cash” on the next screen.
You should receive a confirmation email after making an appointment. If you don’t receive an email, check your junk/spam folder. If you still haven’t received it, your appointment probably didn’t go through successfully. To cancel or change an appointment you’ve made already
- Go here and login
- Click “My appointments”
- Click “All upcoming” in the column on the right. Each appointment will then be listed with a link below it to “Cancel” or “Reschedule”
- If you are canceling, click Cancel. You’ll be asked to enter a reason for canceling (you can just leave that blank) and then confirm the cancellation by clicking “Yes.”If you are rescheduling, click “Reschedule” and choose a new time for the appointment on the next page. On the next page, confirm the rescheduled time.
- You’re done! (Hurray)
