Other Tutors

If you’re looking for a high school math tutor, I have an extremely talented friend who can help. She did her undergrad at Western and she also tutors first year math.

Sarah Hogarth: shogart@gmail.com

If you are looking for an economics tutor, I strongly recommend that you contact one of the two people below. They are in the PhD program at Western and each is excellent at explaining things.

Andrea Sweny: asweny@uwo.ca [First year courses or Microeconomics courses only]
Deanna Walker: dwalker4@uwo.ca

There’s a list of other economics tutors here.

My friend Alex Wu runs exam prep sessions for first and second year economics. Prep 101 and Ecoman also run Economics prep sessions on campus. However, Alex is the only instructor of these three who has actually taken economics courses at Western.  Ecoman is a graduate of the University of Toronto and the current Prep 101 instructor is also from the University of Toronto. Alex is very talented and can explain things simply without glossing over details. Check out his website for more information.
